what is online banking?

We've begun to use a new third-party system called First Kids Bank. You'll recieve a username and password. With this, you can view your accounts and their balances. If you need to move money around, you'll need to contact us.

how do I access it?

Go to http://firstkidbank.com/login and click login. Type in your given details. Do not sign up. Please note that all emails are sent to us. We'll forward them to you if you need them.

what if I forget my details?

Don't worry! We've got you covered. All logins are stored in our database.

I'm a merchant. can I use online banking to make payments?

Yes. We've got an Admin account that you can use to charge for products sold. Cards will have banking info on them which will allow you to scan the QR and see the details and enter the Admin site. There, you can charge for products or services.
